Jular is a prefab manufacturer in Portugal, specialized in luxury small housing and on-site construction of new buildings. Their houses are structurally insulated, fireproofed, and the thermal insulation is made of expanded polystyrene-expanded polypropylene boards.They offer several different types of finishes such as painted steel panels, wall coverings, doors, windows or even the possibility to finish with straw or clay. The same house can be finished with different materials so it won't end up being monotonous.
